Lots of work, but man its lookin good!

Exhaust, Brakes, Gas tank, Fuel lines, clock housing.  Lots of work completed in the last 2 week.  Still need to improve the fitment of the door latches, finishing installing the steering column and linkage.

Brakes

Mounted the Kugel 90 degree brake pedal with Wilwood master cylinder.  Kevin started running the stainless brake lines.  Just barely clears the vent assembly.

The Bed

On 2/17/2012 we figured out how to raise the bed 2 inches.  We took the angle strips, flipped them upside down, created 2 inch spacers between the cross-sills and font/rear bed panels.  I'm going to buy 2 extra stainless bed strips to cover the spot where the angle strips would have been.  We are also going to build an aluminum cover at the rear.  When you open the tailgate, you will see that the bed is 2 inches taller and not flush.  The aluminum cover will hopefully make this look a little better.  Raising the floor gives the rear more suspension travel and allow me to lower the rear even more.

Channeling the Cab

No going back now!  The cab has been channeled 1 inch.  I love the how the wheel hugs the fender line.

Fender Strat Sold!

Sold my Fender Strat today.  I'm a little sad, but the money goes towards my motor.  The transaction was fun.  I sold it the CEO of Lawrence & Schiller.

Back for more!

Sending the frame back to channel the cab 1", install brakes, exhaust, steering column....pretty much every thing else!  We had to rent a truck and trailer this time.  The Xterra decided to blow a head gasket and will be in the shop for a few weeks.
